Istanbul is once again hosting the QNB Istanbul Challenger – TED Open, one of the long-established tournaments in the tennis world. Held for the 78th time this year, the tournament brings together professional tennis players from around the world on the courts of the TED Sports Club from September 5–13.
The new cooperation agreement signed between Türkiye and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) opens the door to an important investment process for the environmental future of the Marmara Sea. With approximately €400 million in financing, the project aims to strengthen wastewater infrastructure in the region and reduce marine pollution at its source.

Initial figures released following the 2026 edition indicate that preparations for the Osaka event are already gaining momentum . Bringing together amusement parks, theme parks, water parks, family attractions centers, and other attractions businesses from across the Asia-Pacific region, IAAPA Expo Asia will move to Japan in 2027.
Taking place at the Istanbul Expo Center on January 28–30, 2027, ATRAX 2027 is preparing to bring together attractions, recreation, urban living, technology, and experience under one roof with its renewed format in its 14th year. The fair will span 60,000 square meters across six halls and is expected to host more than 500 companies.
