Located next to İhsaniye Metro Station and approximately five minutes from Istanbul Airport, the first phase of Florentia Village offers around 65,000 square meters of leasable space. The project includes approximately 190 stores, featuring both international luxury brands and Turkish brands.

Luxury Brands Under One Roof

The retail mix at Florentia Village includes brands such as Prada, Moncler, Ferragamo, Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss. Thanks to its location along the route to Istanbul Airport, the project aims to attract both local residents and international visitors to the city.

Alongside the retail areas, the project features restaurants and cafés, as well as open-air spaces. The aim is to create an environment where visitors can spend time not only for shopping but also for social activities and leisure throughout the day.

A €250 Million Investment

Florentia Village was developed with an investment of approximately €250 million, with further expansion planned for the coming years. Once the second phase is completed, the project’s total leasable area is expected to reach 110,000 square meters.

Future phases are planned to include a five-star hotel, additional entertainment areas and a concert and event venue with a capacity of 20,000 people.

Special Opening Show

A special show prepared by Balich Wonder Studio, known for its international event projects, was held during the opening night of Florentia Village. Around 4,000 guests attended the event, where the performance was designed around the project’s open spaces and architectural features.

With its first phase now open, Florentia Village adds a new retail and social destination to the area around Istanbul Airport. The project is expected to expand further as its planned future phases are completed.
